Use this page when privacy or terms copy points you to the account page. AssessLess handles data export and deletion as a reviewed request path, not as an instant destructive action.

Use AssessLess secure upload when we ask for documents; do not send tax bills, IDs, photos, or other sensitive documents by email. We review export, deletion, correction, and account-data requests before acting, and we verify owner scope before any export or deletion review.

If you are locked out

Email privacy@assessless.app from the homeowner email you used for AssessLess access. Include the property address or workspace label only if needed to identify your request; do not send extra sensitive documents by email.

What happens next

  • AssessLess verifies the owner-scoped account and workspace before acting on export or deletion requests.
  • Export review happens before deletion review so you can receive a copy of owner-scoped account data where appropriate.
  • Deletion review can remove ordinary account data while retaining narrow refund/support exception records when required.
  • Payment, report-download, support, security, tax/accounting, dispute, abuse-prevention, and audit records may have retention exceptions.
  • For safety, destructive account deletion is not self-serve from the app, and no hosted deletion runs from this public page.
