The free result may say you do not need to buy anything. Property Comparison Review — $5 is optional. We use three defensible comparison homes from the available county records, not perfect matches. You see the numbers, material differences and unknowns, and whether the comparisons support asking for a lower assessment. The $50 appeal preparation packet is offered only when it supplies substantially all property-specific information needed to self-file, including verified evidence, comparison calculations, a proposed assessment and filing guidance. An official form is optional and does not determine the price. Useful verified evidence that is incomplete, inconclusive or does not support a reduction remains an optional $5 review.
