What happens after sign-in
You can upload the official parcel PDF or accepted tax bill PDF after sign-in so AssessLess can check basic property facts before any payment step.
What you’ll need
Have the official county property PDF ready. Start from the county property or tax site, open your parcel or bill record, then use Print or Save as PDF so the official source details stay in the file.
Your path after sign-in
- 1. Find your property: enter your Kendall County address or PIN.
- 2. Upload parcel PDF: add the official parcel or tax bill PDF.
- 3. Property evidence check: see whether the official facts and appeal-basis evidence are strong enough before any packet language appears.
