Source transparency
Current source posture
AssessLess uses source-labeled data and keeps permission-sensitive material fail-closed. The app should show what is safe to use, what requires permission, and what must never be scraped.
Kendall assessment CSV
Current safe foundation source for Kendall parcel and assessment facts when the staged artifact has checksum/date validation and anomaly review.
Parcel GIS
Current safe foundation source for parcel identity and spatial context when matched through the local staged pipeline.
CAMA and sales data remain permission-sensitive
These sources must not power paid bulk reports or automated import until written permission, commercial-use terms, and source freshness are recorded.
DEVNET public parcel and tax pages are no-scrape sources
AssessLess must not scrape DEVNET public pages. Any future use requires an approved export, API, written permission, or another explicitly allowed path.
Each paid report must carry refreshed source/date metadata. If a source is stale, blocked, permission-limited, or mismatched to the homeowner sign-in, the report should remain draft-only or unavailable.
