Upload official property documents only inside the signed-in AssessLess flow when prompted. Do not send tax bills, parcel PDFs, appeal documents, or personal records by email.

Simple refund support and retention
Support can help with access, upload, retry, delivery, and refund-review routing using status labels only.
Refund review is owner-reviewed and limited to the existing support path. Do not send card numbers, bank details, or full receipts with secrets.
